Hepatomegaly (although liver may also be small)
- Jaundice
- Ascites
- Circulatory changes: spider telangiectasia, palmar erythema, cyanosis
- Endocrine changes: loss of libido, hair loss
Men: gynaecomastia, testicular atrophy, impotence
Women: breast atrophy, irregular menses, amenorrhoea
Portal hypertension: splenomegaly, collateral vessels, variceal bleeding
